Coaching-led philosophy
Our signature approach, underpinning all our work is a desire to address the tension between achieving results, enabling staff accountability and fostering well-being. We call this Coaching-Led philosophy.
This is an empowerment framework that allows staff freedom to remain engaged, curious, and performance-oriented. It creates an engaged workforce where people feel confident about themselves and their career, can feel safe to take risks, learn from mistakes and successes and make well-judged, informed decisions.
This is achieved through individuals having clear outcomes, aligned to the organisation’s vision, being able to ask questions, challenge assumptions, giving and receiving courageous feedback.

Collectively we hold a range of qualifications in individual, team and leadership development; from Masters level qualifications in Psychology, Management, Human Resources and People Development, through to Neuro Linguistic programming, Advanced Facilitation skills and Teacher Training. Our real depth of expertise in coaching is recognised and accredited internationally with the Association of Coaching, APECS, EMCC and the ICF. Our experienced coaches work within a coaching code of ethics and actively engage in professional coach supervision and CPD.






Along with coaching excellence and academic rigour, we are also qualified to use a range of validated, reliable and proven psychometrics to support our programmes including Core Strengths SDI, MBTI, VoicePrint and Firo-B. We are an official partner of Core Strengths.
We understand and value the importance of academic rigour in training; our relevant programmes are mapped to and accredited by the Chartered Management Institute at Level 5 or Level 7 – recognised on the European Qualifications Framework. Our coach training programmes, which are open to the public and run internally for organisations, are accredited to award, certificate and diploma level.
