Our Approach

We work alongside you and your stakeholders to understand your challenges, and create a bespoke development programme. This may include a diagnostic pre-design phase. Our design architect will combine this diagnostic, with delivery expertise, best practice and latest thinking in leadership development to create a unique and impactful programme.

 

All our multi-cohort programmes have a Project Manager, a Programme Design Architect and a diverse delivery team, supported by our admin team for venue management, resources and scheduling. This may include administering 360 feedback & psychometric tools as required.

Our Action Learning sets are specifically designed for peer groups within organisations and departments who want to foster deeper connections, and collectively harness the power of shared experience and expertise. This is not only about learning together, but also about owning the journey as a group.

Action Learning is a well-known shared learning approach driven by the group, and used by many organisations, and frequently in the NHS, to address changes and dilemmas such as:

Our Approach

We create a psychologically safe space for open dialogue and support with challenges and use coaching-influenced frameworks and models to enable shared learning, experience and expertise.  The work encourages a solution focussed mindset, perseverance to solve challenges and agreement of actions to implement. Every set requires a review of actions, thus encouraging individual and peer accountability.

Our facilitators follow an action learning format and flexible facilitation to suit the needs of the learning in the moment.   For maximum effectiveness, we typically we specify work with a group size of 6-10 with one allocated facilitator for the duration of the action learning programme.  We have action learning formats for virtual and in-person options.
