
Who we are
The Ambito story

Ambito Partners was formed in 2024 by the merger of Fields of Learning and Trafalgar PD. Both companies were coaching led companies, but whereas Fields of Learning focused on health service providers such as DHU and the NHS, TrafalgarPD were more orientated toward corporate multi-national organisations such as Novartis, the NCIA and NATO. The owners of both companies were close friends and colleagues and already shared many resources, associates and designs; it was an easy decision to draw even closer and form a real partnership; Ambito Partners was born!
Our story is not just about where we've been but where we're heading, what we are learning about our current work and how we take that into the future, with each chapter fuelled by our passion for excellence and transformative results for our clients.
